My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy team in an exciting company. Temporary for 6 months - £12.00/£13.00 per hour To assist the finance department to manage an interim period of manual processes whilst it transitions onto new accounting systems: Complete Manual Payment requests and compiles supporting documentation Manage the Purchase requisition system to ensure all PO's, GRN's and Supplier Invoices are loaded Liaise with shared service centres to ensure payment runs are fully processed. Track payment proposals through to physical payment Manage inter-company cross charges Journal processing Assist where necessary with the implementation of the new system High level of excel, V-lookups & Pivots Double entry bookkeeping Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted With the role being temporary only immediate candidates need apply.
