They are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.This would be ideal for somebody who wants to utlise their accounting knowledge within all areas of the transactional piece. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for allocation of customer receipts, processing customer invoices and remittances, managing customer requests in a timely manor. Your new role will involve bank reconciliations, and generally helping the administration teams with daily post, maintaining the finance inbox and and other ad-hoc duties when required. You will have a minimum of 6-12 months accounting experience and due to the organisation having offices around the UK and Ireland there may be some travel require which will be paid for. Ideally the Accounts Assistant will be on Immediate to 2 weeks notice period.
