My client is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant on a permanent, part-time basis. You will be required to work approximately 3 days a week (but they can be flexible on the hours). This is a key role and great opportunity to join an established business where you will be an integral part of a small Finance team. You will primarily take sole responsibility for the purchase ledger but will be used to working in a hands-on role with an adaptable approach to changing business requirements and deadlines. Key duties will include: Coding and processing purchase invoices Resolving supplier queries Reconciling supplier statements Supplier payments Raising sales invoices Credit control Bank reconciliations Payroll Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of their own work and being an integral part of a small-medium size business.
