Head Office, near Manchester Airport Hours: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week Meridian Business Support have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Head Office support services team at Trident Business Park near Manchester Airport. Responsibilities:
Cash collection of approximately 200 live accounts across an allocated geographical area in the UK via telephone and correspondence To work to targets and KPIs as set by the Credit Control Team Leader Opening new client accounts from credit account application forms Setting credit limits using online credit reference agency Reconciliation of Client accounts Logging and assisting with the resolution of Invoice under dispute Communicating aged debt on a weekly basis Ensure that all clients and branches are provided with the highest standard of professionalism Ensure all Company operating procedures are adhered to in accordance with the Meridian Business Support terms of business, business rules, policies and procedures Actively seek ways to develop, learn and implement best practice processes and procedures Liaise with branches and clients where appropriate in respect of new accounts, cash collection and late payments To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by the needs of the business The Successful Candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar role is essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Commercial awareness Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team Benefits Include: Opportunity to work with one of the largest privately owned recruitment agencies in the UK Excellent starting salary, uncapped bonus scheme and flexible benefits Unlimited fast track career development opportunities First class training and the opportunity to gain industry accredited qualifications Onsite parking For more details regarding this fantastic opportunity please contact Dawn Fish, Talent Acquisition Manager at Meridian Business Support on 07734 147479 or email .
