Kenny Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-growth property development company in Central London. We are seeking a Credit Controller who enjoys the debt collection side of the role whilst balancing those responsibilities with the more administrative tasks. There are several units within the company with ledgers of over £1 million within each unit. This is a sole charge credit control position within the company so will require someone with resilience and strong organisation skills. To begin with the role will be very focused on collecting debt but will also need a confident individual who is happy to run weekly meetings with senior management as the role will progress into a more all rounded Credit Control Manager position over time. Job Title - Credit Controller Pay - £25 - £27k per annum bonuses Location - Central London Working hours - 9.00am - 6.00pm The Company - A British property company with a mixture of residential, commercial and serviced properties The Role: Key responsibilities include: Responsible for dealing with all aspects of credit control Chasing outstanding debt by telephone, letter and email Allocating cash to the correct accounts Investigating and resolving queries Evaluating clients credit worthiness Negotiating payment terms Reporting account status information to senior management Assisting Finance Assistants when needed Assisting with aged debt reporting High volume outbound calls Candidate profile: Must have previous experience of credit control Comfortable with Excel and systems Have strong telephone communication skills Next Steps...
