On behalf of a business based in the centre of Wallingford I am recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join their expanding office.
The client have a central location with plenty of parking and have recently spent £350k on renovating their offices to a lovely modern standard.
The successful applicant for this permanent Accounts Assistant role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Receiving and processing all purchase orders, invoices and requests for payment
- Credit control, cash allocation and purchase invoice processing
- Processing monthly expense claims and monitoring of fuel cards
- Monitor and record all company credit card transactions
- Monitoring, creating and posting bank transactions
To be considered for this role you must posses the following:
- Exposure to finance role and environment
- Exposure to the system Sage is ideal
- Good excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
