This position requires initiative, outstanding communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team with a great company culture. Key responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable Payroll Company superannuation Management of banking Reconciliation of monthly accounts and BAS/PAYG preparation. Management of industry regulatory requirements Petty Cash reconciliation and payments Long Service Leave Company management To be successful in this role you must have the following: Demonstrate a solid & stable background in an admin/accounts manager type role. Demonstrate intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills. Exceptional attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts. Exceptional verbal communication skills. Demonstrate high levels of initiative and customer service. Experience in a client focused role will be highly regarded. Experience working in a service company environment will be highly regarded.
