- Manage cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions.
- Prepare financial analysis, KPI's and cost reports as required.
- Preparing and sending debit notes against accounts receivables.
- Prepare vouchers and assign entries to proper accounts
- Communication with vendors for payments
- Daily cash flow handling and monthly reporting.
- Managing salaries, expenses, accounts payables, petty cash
- Follow up with banks for incoming payments status, Bblance inquiries, salaries payments, tax deductions etc.
- Experience in managing multiple budgets and keeping everything on track.
- Provide accurate & timely monthly, quarterly & yearly closing accounts.
- Review, Investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
