The role involves business partnering across the organisation so they are looking for someone who is proactive and keen to challenge the status quo.

Description
Key Responsibilities (not limited too):
Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts to strict deadlines.
Full Ledger responsibility
Work in partnership with all budget holders including; Directors, Commercial stakeholders, Operational teams and Home Managers.
Advise budget holders and other non-financial managers financial matters to enable each area to enhance their performance.
Prepare regular forecasts, ensuring these are accurate and of a high quality.
Updating cost fee calculators as required and supporting Regional Directors to achieve and justify fee increases
Produce high quality models and additional financial information to support both strategic and operational decision
Manage 3 members of staff at the part qualified level
Profile
Must be Qualified and have extensive commercial experience
Must have property background in either the public or private sector
