Your new company
My client, based in Barbican, have recently experienced growth within the organisation and are now seeking a temporary Account Assistant to join the team. This role is initially a few months, however, may extend. They are well known within the industry and are offering this great opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable accounting experience within a successful organisation.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities within the Finance team. You will be looking after the day to day processing of purchase ledger invoices, maintaining both sales and purchase ledgers, producing sales invoices, chasing debtors, dealing with expenses, assisting with month end and assisting the team with various ad hoc Accounting tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successfully short listed for this position you will need to be immediately available and ideally have at least 12 months experience within a similar role. You will have great attention to detail and a positive attitude towards working as part of a team.
