As Property Management Accountant you will be responsible for the following duties;

• Responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts
• Tenant related charges; rent, service charge, insurance
• Arrears reporting
• Credit control
• Vat reporting
• Supplier invoices
• Service charge accounting

Profile
he successful Property Management Accountant will have the following desirable skill set;

• Have worked within a property accounting function previously
• Part-Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
