My client is a highly established retail organisation based in Barnet. They have years of experience working with customers nationwide. They are looking for an experienced management accountant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Description

The responsibilities of the management accountant include:

Producing monthly management packs, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting
Preparing annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis with commentaries
Stock valuation and usage calculations
Weekly costing reports
Daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
Control of the nominal ledger and balance sheet account reconciliations
Cost and cash control
Cash flow management and reporting
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
VAT returns

Profile

The successful candidate will:

be experienced in a management accountant role
have excellent excel (v lookups and pivot tables)
be hardworking and driven
