We are currently looking for a financial officer. The Role You will process invoices from a variety of providers Research and confirm information and update databases as required Liaison with colleagues and professional officers, both internal and external Organise and maintain files To assist in the payment of telephone bills and line rental for Adult Care establishments and employee telephone line rental To assist in debt control Processing of mileage and subsistence claims To assist in the collection of client contributions, setting up payment methods and monitoring systems Deal with queries on financial matters via a helpline Work as part of a team and educate/train others where necessary The Person: 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language and Mathematics Have similar experience Knowledge and understanding of Word, Excel and database systems Must be flexible
