A fast growing technology company that is growing by acquisition are looking for a mergers & Acquisition specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Due to the high growth strategy, a need has arisen to join this excellent, expanding business.

Client Details

We are exclusively partnering with a high growth technology company that have their headquarters based in Slough. They are the leading specialist within their target market and are growing via acquisition and have future plans to acquire new business within Europe.

Description

This role will focus on future acquisitions and you will partner with the group CFO on all aspects of the acquisitions. This will include financial modelling, valuation, banking, due diligence and the legal process. You will be partnering with the newly acquired businesses to ensure the acquisition is running on time and to plan. You will prepare presentations to your business and the potential acquired business to ensure that both are cooperating and up to speed.

Profile

To be successful in this role you must have experience of managing the end to end M&A process, have a high level of detail and have the ability to build relationships with the management teams of newly acquired organisations.
