Technology business growing by global acquisition seeks an Interim M&A Manager

Description

This is an exciting time to join this technology business in central Slough as they continue to acquire new businesses across Europe and beyond. As the The M&A Manager you are responsible for acquisitions from the start of the process so you need to have experience in initial assessment, financial modelling, valuation, banking and due diligence.

You'll project manage the process with senior management of businesses looking to be acquired.

You'll lead on the complex financial modelling pre acquisition.

You'll be the key liaison for advisers such as lawyers, bankers and private equity business.

You may be tasked with leading negotiations and will certainly be called upon to deliver presentations.

Profile

To be successful in this position you will need to have several years project managing mergers and acquisitions.

You will have full acquisition life-cycle experience in initial assessment, financial modelling, valuation, banking and due diligence.

You will be willing to travel extensively in this position across Europe.
