Hays Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a stable and successful SME organisation in the South Lincolnshire area.
Your new role
This is a great time to join the business, reporting in to the current Financial Controller who is looking to retire in the next few years. This will therefore be a great opportunity for someone to join them and to develop their skills and seniority over the medium term. You will initially be responsible for daily accounts routines and overseeing ledgers, VAT and CIS reporting as well as producing monthly management accounts working as part of a team of 4. The role will then progress over time under the direction of the current incumbent to take over all financial aspects of the business and managing the team. There will also be ad hoc projects as required including upgrading Sage 200 next year.
