Commercial Management Accountant for property development and management business

Your new company
You will be working for a UK based property development and management business. They specialise in managing retail properties across the UK and are widening their market presence across Europe. They are looking for an interim Management Accountant to support the business whilst the current employee is seconded.

Your new role
You will be supporting a high performing finance function and be reporting into the Financial Controller. You will be business partnering with the heads of Project and retail general managers. You will be responsible for providing commercial insight analysis and be integral in driving management information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, either looking to make their first move into industry from practice or industry trained. You will have a very commercial acumen and feel comfortable communication with non-finance individuals.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £300 per day and the opportunity to work within a fast paced and interesting environment. You will be in a long term contract within a lovely team.
