Credit Controller

Your New Company

This growing media company, based in the City of London, are looking to recruit a credit controller for a temporary to permanent role starting immediately. You will need to be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice with experience within the finance function. This role is exclusive to Hays and has been created due to the company's increasing turnover. You will therefore be part of a forward-thinking team that want to be part of an increasingly global brand.

Your New Role

You will be a credit controller who is able to apply prior knowledge of the credit control function into a new role. You will have previous experience working within a finance function and will have had exposure to chasing debt via telephone and statements. This role will involve raising invoices and further ad hoc billing processes. Ideally, you will have experience of logging queries on a system. This role will require someone who has a can-do attitude and is willing to learn new systems and all-round finance duties whilst being supported by senior finance professionals. What you'll need to succeed

You will have prior experience working within a finance function. You must be a proactive individual who is willing to assist the smooth running of a team. You will ideally have experience dealing with a high volume of calls. You will have a good telephone manner and be able to hit the ground running. You will be able to problem solve when queries arise and be confident liaising with clients. You will be an individual who is looking for a role that will invest in your future development.
