Senior Finance Analyst - High Wycombe - £38,000 to £42,000 depending on experience+ Bonus and Study Support

A brand new Senior Finance Analyst role has been created due a restructure in the commercial finance team. As the business, already the market leader, is making numerous acquisitions and continuing to grow organically, the current set up is now allowing the commercial accounting team to support the operations effectively.

Your new role

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the regional business partners to supply in depth commentary and analysis on the regional performance. Following the financial accountants work in producing the month end figures, your role will see you analysing these number and running your actual vs budget process where you recommend budget adjustments.

Using this information, you can advise and business partner with the regional partners and ensure they are effecting their business units in a positive way. They will use your reporting and information, meaning it should be easy to read by non-finance colleagues.

During year end you will have a large influences on the budgeting and forecasting process and you will support the head of finance with the group strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified accountant or finalist with experience within a management accounting environment. The ability to build relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues is key. You will also be an intermediate user on excel including V-Lookups, Sumifs and Pivot Tables.
