This boutique property developer has seen some fantastic projects delivered by the in-house design team, with the scale of developments increasing over the years to larger scale, multiple unit residential projects. With an established track record, their footprint and market share continue to grow with a developing commercial team identifying and securing exciting new investments. As such this new job vacancy has come about.

Your new role
Directly supporting the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you'll work right across the business with the commercial and technical teams to directly deliver on client assigned projects. You will be required to shape and improve the effectiveness of the investment function whilst working on pre and post-acquisition development appraisals. Due diligence on these prospective developments, commercial negotiations and constant interaction with commercial investment and development teams will see you adding real value across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA or CIMA accounting qualification and likely have a background in Corporate Finance or M&A. With the ability to influence and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during previous commercial interactions. Budgeting and forecasting, investment appraisal and transactions experience will be obvious in your background, as will ideally a knowledge of the Real Estate industry.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £70,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a good track record, and a business that will allow autonomy and exposure to both internal senior stakeholders and clients. Based in their central London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city.
