Finance Manager (Construction)

Finance Manager Role for a Construction firm based in London - Upto £50k DOE

Your new company
The company is a construction company based in Central London. It is a multi entity firm which has gone from strength to strength. Their most recent projects have included creating work spaces for a wide range of firms. It is an exiting company to work for with a great office environment.

Your new role
As a finance manager you will be tasked with the monthly management accounting duties, these include producing the balance sheet and profit and loss. You will be producing a weekly cashflow forecast and reporting into the senior members of the business. You will be reviewing and performing analysis of actuals and forecasts. You will be solely responsible for the two of the business entities. You will be tasked with line managing one assistant.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a confident individual who has dealt with forecasting, budgeting and created balance sheets and a profit and loss. You should apply if you are from the construction industry. A personality is very important as you will be maintaining key relationships both within finance and across the wider business.
