This international leading Engineering group have great office in Luton are recruiting a temporary to permanent Senior AP Officer on their SAP system. This is a varied and technically challenging AP role due to the high value multicurrency invoicing.

This International Engineering group have a distinct specialism across European markets which impacts the multicurrency and site invoicing that occurs daily for big ticket items. Based in Luton they are a complex organisation which in itself creates an interesting and challenging role with support and a management team always keen to assist but also upskill their team once they have mastered they're current duties

Description

Senior AP Officer duties and responsibilities;

• Full European accounts payable processing
• Payment runs
• multicurrency and site invoicing
• Various bank reconciliations
• Reconciling GRNI
• Post expenses and credit card transactions
• process European staff expenses
• Process the AP ledger on SAP

Profile

Senior AP Officer desired experience and characteristics;

• Full multi currency invoicing experience
• good background carrying out reconciliations
• expenses processing experience
• Based local to Luton with the ability to move into a long term permanent role with the company
• Ideally large ERP system experience with a preference for SAP
