Finance Manager Job Opportunity in Central London. Construction industry experience ideal. Circa £45-55k
My client, a forward thinking construction company based near Liverpool Street in Central London, is looking to recruit a dynamic, hands on SME Finance Manager. The company is achieving great success and is expecting to experience growth that will see their already multi-million pound turnover treble in the next couple of years. The role will give you the opportunity to take responsibility over a growing finance function and develop the team as you see fit.
This role will have one direct report, an Accounts Assistant who looks after the transactional work load, and will require the successful candidate to complete month end processes and produce management accounts on a monthly basis.
- Management Accounts
- Cash flow forecasting
- Accruals, journals and depreciation
- VAT/CIS Returns
- Bank and cash management
- WIP reporting
- Supervising Accounts Assistant
You must have experience working in finance with the construction industry to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate for this role MUST have around 1-2 years SME sole charge or small team supervisory experience, knowledge of Sage Line 50 and ideally COINS system.
