Your new job as Senior Finance Manager will be based in the Head Office of an International business who are going through an exciting period of transition and change. This high profile role within the group liaises closely with senior stakeholders in operations and with divisional heads of finance.

Your new role
As part of the small team based in Head Office, you will focus on three key commercial areas for the business; Work with FD's across the UK and International business supporting them with projects to drive stronger commercial focus - this could include anything from better quality data to pricing strategies, work with project based teams and oversee implementation of standard processes across group and finally to work with the SSC Manager to ensure an efficient and effective service. This role is an exciting position that combines a number of key areas, mainly project based where you can impact the key strategic plans.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to your professional accounting qualification, CIMA, ACCA OR ACA you will ideally have strong operational and commercial finance experience within a Corporate or SME environment as well as demonstrable delivery of projects, excellent communication skills, confidence to influence at senior level as well as energy and enthusiasm to lead strategic projects through to implementation.
