Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a client that are searching for a credit controller to join their finance team. This is an exciting permanent role based in Milton Keynes. Purpose of the role: You will be working within a small Finance team assisting the Company Accountant with the chasing of outstanding debts via telephone and email aswell as assisting with other accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound and making outbound calls to and from customers to ensure that debt is being recovered within a timely manner.
• Liaising regularly with customers to ensure that the correct payment plan is enforced so the debt is collected.
• Dealing with customers via telephone and email
• Adherence to customer specific and team service levels
• Process invoices and ensuring they are correct and sent to suppliers within a timely manner. Required experience, skills and attributes:
• Previous experience of working in a Credit Control
• Proactive attitude towards work.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Confident using MS Office, including Word and Excel.
