Supporting the Group Head of Finance and working alongside individual company MD's, this role requires an experienced, qualified accountant to take responsibility for managing the Financial Reporting aspects of the group overseeing various finance related projects. Responsibilities:
Initially embed yourself within the organisation and take an holistic view of the current state of finance operations alongside the Head of Finance Manage a small team of Accountants through a period of change and all related activities that go along with this Support the Head of Finance with general finance duties Bring local finance activities with those of the group Provide finance related reporting, advice in a consultative manner to relevant board members Manage Group Cash Flow, Reporting and Forecasting Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strategic vision and agility, ability to think strategically, anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organisational plan A strong team leader with experience in co-ordinating a team's day to day activity, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Results driven, proven track record in exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation Excellent communicator at all levels, able to establish strong relationships across the business Prior experience within FMCG sector preferable Offering circa £50,000 base, plus package incl. pension, benefits & medical insurance Other roles you might have applied for: Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Commercial Finance Manager, Financial Reporting Manager Cherry Professional are recruiting this role on behalf of the client.
