THE COMPANY Brewster Partners are working with a well-established financial services business in the Nottingham region to appoint a Head of Finance, who will be joining the business and playing a leadership role in the business. This is an excellent opportunity that could lead into a Finance Director role in the near future. THE JOB The Head of Finance role will take ownership of the following

responsibilities:
Leading due diligence processes and evaluating acquisition opportunities Act as the main point of contact to regulatory authorities including the FCA Be a key member of the senior leadership team and work with stakeholders to formulate the company's future direction and strategy Ownership of all financial and management reporting duties Advising on the best planning and performance practices for the finance function Make recommendations on the structure of the finance function Leadership of an established finance function Working closely with the risk function to mitigate risks to the business THE CANDIDATE Suitable candidates for this role should possess the following attributes: Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) with significant post-qualified experience Candidates must have financial services sector experience, with exposure to an FCA regulatory environment Proven experience as a finance leader with exposure to change and implementing best practice processes and procedures If this is a role that interests you and you feel you have the required skill set and experience to take on this opportunity, please apply ASAP or email your CV to expressing your interest.
