Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices - Dealing with invoice discrepancy and undertaking supplier reconciliations - Collation of information, reconciliation and creation of customer invoices - Dealing with customer and business queries relating to invoices and problem solving. - Posting invoices and credits to finance system. - Maintaining a high level of accuracy and working to strict deadlines. - Offering a high level of administration and customer service Experience & Skills: - Acute attention to detail and strong numerate skills in order to work alongside the sales and finance management team. - The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent administration and customer service skills and the ability to work well with others is essential - IT literate, previous knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle system This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/85115778
