Group Reporting Manager - Finance This is a great opportunity to join a global mobile technologies organisation, who have seen profits soar over the past few years, and have gone on to acquire numerous organisations across the UK Our client are looking for an experienced Group Reporting Manager to join their team and provide support to their expanding Group finance function, ensuring accounts are accurate and all reporting and statutory requirements are adhered to. The chosen candidate will assist with Group consolidation , management accounts , budgets , forecasts and KPI tracking , as well as various month-end tasks such as regular amortisation of development costs , share based payments and tax . Additionally, you will liaise with regional finance teams, analyse finance reporting packs and prepare consolidated financial statements . You will also support the development and management of the Group Finance Department, including the improvement of financial systems and controls , supporting the rollout of an ERP system , as well as supporting any treasury requirements . There will also be a wide range of ad hoc assistance and technical advice to be provided, managing the administration and accounting for the Group's share option plans , working with auditors and tax advisors to produce Group financial statements and assisting with due diligence and acquisition accounting .
