An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor in a leading organisation in Nottingham City Centre. The role will be working in a friendly, supportive environment and will include supervising the Purchase Ledger Department and monitoring the performance of the purchase ledger. What the job will involve: Sorting and registering invoices and credit notes First line of contact for delivery and pricing queries prior to posting of the invoice Preparing the weekly supplier payment, inputting of data onto spreadsheets maintaining and balancing the book In order to be considered for the role, you will need: At least 3 years' experience in Purchase Ledger Previous Supervisory or Management experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent professional telephone manner Salary, Benefits & Working Hours £21,000 - £21,500 Excellent Benefits Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory (Pro rata from start date) Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Finance, HR, Marketing, Business Support and Sales.
