About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Credit Controller to join our team. You will develop strong relationships with customers whilst working closely with several departments within the business. Main

Responsibilities:
Timely collection and recovery of overdue sales ledger debts Maintain customer accounts, credit limits and prevention of bad debt Liaise with fleet and lease companies, councils, large motor dealers and other businesses Promptly respond to telephone calls and emails from internal and external sources Resolve queries and collate details of disputed invoices Produce a weekly debt report, reminder letters and monthly statements Support supervisor with ad-hoc tasks Essential Skills and Experience: Previous experience of working in credit control is essential Experience in the motor industry would be highly advantageous Good level of computer literacy - Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of ADP/Kerridge would be advantageous. Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills Why us?
