Bristol HOURS:Full Time 8.30am - 5.00pm JOB PURPOSE A hands-on, pragmatic and proactive approach to finance is required for this role. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, flexible and self-motivated with a desire to contribute to the team and wider organisation. TASKS AND DUTIES Assist Management Accountants to produce the monthly management accounts Maintain all fixed asset registers, including asset finance schedules Reconcile all stock control accounts Prepare daily and monthly cashflows Assist with the monthly payroll Reconcile all foreign currency bank accounts Process all credit card transactions Provide support to the Purchase Ledger function including processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier statements and processing payment runs Provide support to the Sales Ledger function including producing invoices/credit notes Provide support to the Credit Control function as required Produce annual P11d's Assist Management Accountant with all aspects of accounting, including Sales, Purchase & Nominal Ledgers and Management Accounts Any ad-hoc work as required in the Finance department SKILLS AND EXPERIENCED REQUIRED AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA Hands-on, flexible and self-motivated High level of organisation Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent communication skills BENEFITS 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Private medical scheme Life assurance scheme A fantastic opportunity to join a hard-working team and well-known company.
