Job Title:
Billing Co-ordinator Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch / Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm - 30 min lunch

Brackmills, Northampton Parking Availability: Available Parking nearby Key Skills Identifying and resolving billing issues Minimise billing holds and unbilled assets in line with targets and KPI's To support the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met and assisting in relevant projects where required Ensure invoicing produced accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policy Work closely with the central team Handle all internal customer enquiries promptly and efficiently to satisfy customer requirements and escalate in a timely manner if required.
