CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a Whitely, Hampshire based client in assisting to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team which is going through a sustained period of growth. Processing high volume supplier invoices Matching PO numbers Processing expenses In depth query resolution Supplier statement reconciliations Ensuring correct authorisation has been obtained to release payments Liaison with other relevant departments Supporting the wider AP team during busy periods General adhoc duties as and when needed This ideal candidate will have a proven track record within an accounts payable environment and be able to use their own initiative to manage their workload. Working knowledge of Sage/SAP would be advantageous but is not essential. CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
