Responsibility for £50m, high growth P&L Key member of the business unit leadership teams, proactively delivering constructive challenge and input into commercial decision making and strategy setting Assumes a lead role in identifying and executing actions to drive better business outcomes Delivering support, influence and challenge to the business unit MDs on all aspects of business performance, including but not limited to: input and challenge of sales bids, production of business unit budget and forecasts, and longer term financial planning, strategy formation, new product and other investment case preparation and review, productivity plans, assessment of M&A targets, and managing the financial due diligence and integration processes for M&A targets, early identification of business challenges and mitigation of business risk through application of robust governance procedures Drive performance of supporting functions (roadmap management, productivity plans, customer satisfaction plans) - Solutions, Service, GTM - to maximise financial and customer outcomes Providing direction and coaching to the Finance Partner supporting the business unit, and wider support from the nearshore shared centre of excellence. Active member of the Finance Management Team (team of senior leaders across Finance), responsible for driving wider UK&I Finance priorities and leading the constant improvement of the finance function. Single point of ownership for determining performance vs targets What impact would you have as a strong performer in this role? Maximise the business performance, by developing and executing on action plans, both themselves and through influence of the business unit leadership team, that maximise sustainable Revenue and EBIT Working with other senior finance leaders, to constantly evolve and improve the UK&I finance function Viewed as a delegate for the Divisional Finance Director Who are the key stakeholders to this role? Consumer Information Managing Director, and HD and Runpath leadership Go To Market Director, and Vertical Market Sales Directors Divisional Finance Director, Financial Controller & other Finance Leadership Team members B2B MD (Exec) What skills and experience are required to succeed in this role?
