My client, a local and very well-established business, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Transactional Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager/Credit Control Manager. Reporting into the Senior Directors, this role will form an integral part of the business as the efficiency and accuracy that the role requires, will be essential to the ongoing success and growth of the company. responsibilities:
Ensuring prompt receipt of invoices from suppliers. Ensuring these are then entered accurately onto in-house Sales Admin Systems. Management of the Credit Control function. Responsible for reporting on key performance indicators for the business. This includes debtor days, creditor days, missing invoices / lapsed customer accounts, customer & supplier pricing accuracy. Leading a medium-large team. Respond to any other requirements of the business as directed by the Directors. In order to be successfully considered for this role, you must have: At least 5 years' experience of working in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of key IT systems. Previous supervisory/management experience. The ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
