Financial Accountant T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Financial Accountant for a successful multi-entity business services company. This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified ACA\ACCA (or equivalent). What will you be doing? Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant and working within a team of qualified, part-qualified and transaction support staff your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: Timely monthly financial reporting for multiple statutory entities including group consolidation and balance sheet review Statutory reporting and returns Cash-flow forecasting and reporting Supporting the development of processes, systems and people to deliver a first class financial accounting and reporting function Ensure that the business is fully up to date with IFRS including interpretation of upcoming changes and compliance Sad-hoc activities including M&A integration Liaising with the external audit firm What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills, attributes and experience; A qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) who has ideally trained in a technical environment such as a large accountancy practice Excellent financial and statutory reporting skills that are fully up to date from an IFRS perspective. Able to work effectively as part of a team but with a high level of individual accountability Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen Highly organised and target focused - meeting deadlines and managing upwards What's in it for you?
