Ellisknight are extremely excited to be working with a leading business based in the Thames Valley. Our client is renowned for their current product offering within the telecommunications market. We are seeking a Financial Accountant who is either ACCA OR ACA qualified, this vacancy would suit a candidate who has qualified with an accounting practice or has a very technical accounting background from industry. The telecommunications sector is fast paced which mean no two days will be the same. Working with the retailers and communications providers this business is at the forefront of its market. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
• Overall accountability for month-end process
• Responsibility for balance sheet control
• Managing the business' audit relationship and managing all audit visits
• Month-end postings for OPEX and CAPEX
• Reviews of process controls and risk, with improvement plans built annually
• Statutory submissions and tax returns (e.g. Corporation Tax and VAT)
