responsibilities:
Provide the Senior Management team and Board with appropriate assurances of effective compliance and risk control Act as key FCA regulatory contact and ensure any liaison is managed effectively To oversee the preparation of the monthly compliance reports for the relevant regulatory oversight officers To set a risk and compliance framework for the firm in line with the firm's principles and culture. To advise the Senior Management team and the Board in the implementation of risk and compliance matters across the firm To be a full member of the Senior Management Team To manage the Risk & Compliance team and provide leadership and development Key Skills & Experience: Extensive knowledge of compliance within a general insurer or similar firm Previous compliance advisory experience working within Financial Services Experience of leading and developing effective compliance teams Ability to provide commercial compliance advice in a digital age Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong influencing skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Interested in a creative and innovate working environment
