• Building relationships with existing and new customers
• Allocating credit notes and BACs payments
• Reporting in excel
• Assisting with Month end
• Sales ledger
• Working closely with customer service and accounts managers
• Setting up new customer credit accounts
• Reporting on aged debt Experience...
• Previous credit control experience
• Ideally studying towards your AAT qualification and ambitious to progress
• The ability to build rapport with customers
• It literate with solid experience of Microsoft packages- especially Excel
• A real can-do attitude
