Finance Business Partner - Looking after the Midlands - Based in High Wycombe with Travel to multiple sites

A Finance Business Partner Opportunity has become available for a commercially minded qualified accountant with the desire the be a key influence on the business and your regional. Working in the largest division of the business your role be will a key factor in the business success. As you will be managing the midlands region, you will work closely with your 10 business units and the regional directors. This role will also include up to 50% travel to your business units.

Your new role
As the Finance Business Partner, you will support, influence and deliver key strategies to improve the business performances. Working closely with the regional directors and the senior figures in head office, you will be central to growing your region.

You role will see you analysis and business partner with the RD and MD to discuss and agree on the key actions to take to continue the growth of the regional. Working closely with your Senior Finance Analyst to influence to senior management and budget holders.

As the business continues to make acquisitions, you will be vital the in integration of these business into the current structure. This will also see you offering your input into business and tender proposals and the winning of new contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role, you will be a qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with experience in business partnering with senior management. You will also have a desire to develop your skills and want to grow. As you will present to senior management and non-finance, you will be articulate and professional. You will also be accountable for your work and be confident in making key decisions.
