Finance Business Partner Job Job based in Telford £50,000-£55,000 (+ package)

I am working with a large commercial business based in Telford who have a permanent job vacancy within their Finance Department for a Qualified Accountant to join the business as a Finance Business Partner.

Your new role
You will work as a Finance Business Partner focused on reporting, forecasting and driving business performance. You will have ownership of the monthly reporting cycle including actuals, rolling forecast and budget setting and performance. You will lead presentation of financial position at monthly reviews and interpret financial variances from a commercial and delivery perspective and make recommendations to drive performance. You will Business Partner across sales, operations and delivery and be able to display confidence and gravitas to support and challenge throughout the organisation. This will include understanding risk factors, analysis to drive performance as well as being pro-actively involved in improving reporting and processing.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with strong analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate across business functions at all levels.You will have strong people management skills and have the ability to lead and drive team performance. You will have high attention to detail with previous experience working the business in business partnering capacity. Ideally you will have advanced technical skills including Excel and an understanding of VBA.
