As Interim Finance Analyst, you will be required to provide direct support to the Head of FP&A by providing analysis and insight in order to aid evidence-based decision-making, variance analysis, identification of opportunities for lowering our cost base and improvements to budgeting/forecasting. This role will support the process of translating analysis into insights and solutions.

Description

• The Interim Finance Analyst is expected to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding & analysis of central overhead costs, and to support efforts towards developing consistent financial treatment across all YV operational sites.

• To support the Head of FP&A and FP&A Managers in understanding cost drivers and in accurately identifying causation and solutions (such as opportunities to lower the central overheads or standard costs of production)

• To support the Head of FP&A in co-ordinating the process of producing the Monthly Performance Report, Annual Budget and Quarterly Reforecasts.

• To lead the production of the weekly KPI report (Balanced Scorecard), ensuring that the right metrics are identified and reported to the Senior Management Team.
• To fully support the process of identifying solutions along with implementing decisions for improvement.

Profile

Essential

• Qualified Accountant.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

• Experience of working within a fast paced team environment in an accounts office.

• IT literate with demonstrable Microsoft Office skills.

• Able to work flexible hours.

Desirable

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector.

• Experience with Dynamics AX would be an advantage.

Job Offer
