Accounts Assistant

A well-established Motorsports magazine are seeking an experienced, non-studying Accounts Assistant to join their finance team based in Finchley Road.

Your new role
You will be the Accounts Assistant within the finance team, assisting the Accountant in a wide-range of financial duties. You will manage the companies accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control. You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, VAT returns as well as other ad-hoc financial duties.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in performing the duties listed above and must not be studying towards an accounting qualification. Any applications from candidates studying towards ACCA/CIMA/AAT will not be considered. They will also have a good working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel. Knowledge of Sage Financials and Salesforce would be of a huge advantage.
