Our client is a growing multi-site organisation who is seeking to hire a Financial Analyst who can take ownership of 2 sites; with revenues of £16m and £6m this role will work closely with the operations teams, both in finance and non finance to support with the continued growth and profitability. The role will suit a part qualified accountant who has a breadth of management accounting and financial analysis experience. Responsibilities will be broad and include: Supporting the FM's in the month end reporting process for the nominated sites including preparation of financial and non-financial information along with detailed variance analysis and commentaries Preparing the month end journals including accruals and prepayments Investigation and resolution of variances against forecast and budget Maintaining balance sheet control including reconciliation of relevant balance sheet accounts in a timely and accurate manner Supporting the monthly forecast and annual budget process for the operating units. Preparation of billing files with monthly reconciliation to the billing system, liaising with the site finance teams to resolve any anomalies in the data. Assisting in the management, implementation and compliance with financial control policies and processes across the units. Responsible for the preparation and delivery of various internal and external reporting Provide day to day finance support to the FM's and FP&A Manager Supporting the FP&A Manager and FM with any other ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time A salary of £34,000-£38,000 is on offer plus study support and benefits.
