SENIOR MANAGER KYC - CONSULTING, GLASGOW/LEEDS - UP TO £85,000



There is an opportunity to join a leading consultancy on a permanent basis in either Glasgow or Leeds, to be working as a Senior Manager in KYC. In the role, you will be responsible for the management and development of the rest of the KYC team for the remediation of KYC case files. Alongside this you will also have to ensure that cases are being completed to a high standard in line with regulatory policy. Other responsibilities will include:

• Oversight of the Quality Control framework and ensuring the processes are being conducted thoroughly to the necessary standard
• Provide training and support on the risk assessment process and identify any knowledge gaps
• Using extensive knowledge around AML regulations to provide guidance to the team throughout the remediation process
• Build and develop working relationships with both on and off shore teams

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Strong experience in AML/KYC (5+ years) within a regulated environment
• Must have at least 2 years' experience managing a team effectively
• Background in Financial Crime with Sanctions experience specifically would be beneficial
• Degree level education is preferred
• The ability to use your expertise to evaluate and advise on complex matters whilst effectively communicating a solution to the business
