Job Details
As a credit controller you will be sat within a busy credit team where you will report directly into the credit control team leader.You will be proactive in chasing the outstanding company debt via telephone as well as dealing with account and invoice queries.

You will be be working for a leading technology distribution and service provider who have a number of office around UK and Europe. They are a well established organisation and have experienced year on year growth with exciting plans for the future.
Description
As credit controller your duties will include but not limited to :-
- Chasing outstanding company debt via telephone and email
- Processing of credit and debit card payments
- Managing and maintaining client credit limits
- Identifying any potential credit risk to team leader
- Account and invoice query resolutions
- Raising manual transactions and credits
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Direct debit query handling

The successful candidate will have the following :
- Experience of working within a busy credit control function - Essential
- Ability to build strong relationships both internal and external - Essential
- Experience of using SAP - Essential
