Your new role
In your new role, you will be managing a small team and reconciling Balance Sheet accounts including fees ledger accounts, payroll related accounts, staff loan accounts and bank accounts. Your new role involves looking after a number of different global entities. You will be responsible for reviewing and scoring balance sheet and bank reconciliations, deal with general team queries, review current processes and implementing controls where weaknesses are identified. You will assist in the preparation of standard procedure documentation and process mapping. You will assist with Annual and Ad hoc Audits. You will ensure the small team you manage meet all their targets and deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a successful line-manager of a small team who reports back to the Bookkeeping Team Leader on day to day work related tasks and staff matters. To succeed you will work closely with other staff within the team and other parts of finance.
