Finance Director, Derry, Permanent Role, Salary Negotiable

You will work for an innovative, specialist company who have been operating n Derry for over 35 years. This company have an established customer base and export their products to over 40 countries. They also work with multi-national companies throughout the world who are eager to utilise their skills and expertise.

Your new role
As Finance Director you will report to the Managing Director and will be a key member of the leadership team. You will manage the full finance function and support a small finance team across a range of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities and cash management. Whilst liaising closely with the Vice President of Finance, you will also have direct contact with all levels of executive management.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10 years experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Commercially focused
• Results orientated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent resource planning and communication skills
• System implementation experience
• A proven record of successful change management initiatives
