Working for a prestigious property company, based in a beautiful area of London.
Your new role
In your new payroll position you will be joining a busy and vibrant HR team. You will be playing a key role for the business, ensuring the companies employees are paid correctly and on time. You will be using the integrated payroll and HR system to process the full end to end payroll on a sole basis, occasionally having to manually calculate statutory payments such as maternity and sickness. You will be getting involved with payroll year end duties, and be assisting employees with their payroll queries. This position also has a strong HR requirement, where you will get the opportunity to get involved with HR, training and contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for this role, it is essential that you have start to finish, in-house payroll experience. You will have also worked in a 'sole charged' role where you will understand what is required of mangaging the whole process. It would also be useful if you have been exposed to any HR responsibilities, or have an interest in HR.
